เนื่องด้วยสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 ซึ่งมีแนวโน้มแพร่ระบาดในวงกว้าง

สำนักเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์และการทดสอบ ขอแจ้งการเปิดให้บริการ สอดรับกับมาตรการป้องการแพร่ระบาดฯ ดังนี้

บริการที่เปิดให้บริการ:

1. รับ-ส่งตัวอย่างทดสอบ

2. ใช้เครื่องมือด้วยตนเอง*

หมายเหตุ* ลูกค้าที่ประสงค์ใช้เครื่องมือด้วยตนเอง ต้องปฏิบัติดังนี้

1. มีประวัติเคยผ่านการอบรมการใช้เครื่องมือฯ

2. มีหนังสือรับรองจากต้นสังกัดหรืออาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา

พร้อมแนบไทม์ไลน์ ย้อนหลัง 14 วัน หรือประวัติการได้รับวัคซีนป้องกัน COVID-19 (ครบ 2 เข็ม)

โดยยื่นเอกสารในข้อ 2. ล่วงหน้า อย่างน้อย 5-7 วัน ต่อสำนักเครื่องมือฯ

บริการที่ "งด" ให้บริการ:

1. การอบรมใช้เครื่องมือวิจัย

2. การเข้าเยี่ยมชม

3. การเรียนการสอน

Please noted that, the client who would like to Self-using services

must be passed the training for self-using equipment and give us

the certifying letter from your organization or advisor attached with you past 14 days travel history 

or certificated that you got vaccinated for Covid-19 (2 doses).
